You may participate in person if you are in Seoul, or you may join online.
The registration deadline is 25 November 2025 at 12:00pm (Korean Standard Time). You will receive conference materials and the participation link after registering.
Conference Theme:The South Korean Truth and Reconciliation Commission has identified serious violations of human rights, including crimes against humanity, enforced disappearance, and forced adoptions.
Identifying grave human rights violations and crimes against humanity is one thing. The next question is: what do we do about it?
What responsibilities do the South Korean state and the receiving countries have in finding solutions? You will be able to meet representatives of the victims, as well as international and Korean experts and authorities, in a dialogue on solutions for the future.
